One-strap mini cocktail dress

Never been worn mini-cocktail dress. Super comfortable with a double layer of material around the skirt of the dress providing a bit of belly compression which is helpful after eating a larger meal 😋. There is a bit of discoloration around the bottom of the skirt. I am not sure where it comes from, but want to mention it for transparency. Perfect for a fun night out at the club or dinner parties.
