shoptherapy22 @jkshops yes and polyester. they have quite a but of stretch to them as well. wonderful fabric, do not shrink or fade either :)

shoptherapy22 @jkshops same here my daughter just turned 4 and she wears a 6. Hits below the knee but I can get a measurement for you when I get home. Is this the one you want me to measure for ya?
