Really adorable costume for Halloween or Disney. Dress has a velour bodice with round neck and long sleeves. Skirt has multiple layers of tulle so that it’s full and fun for twirling. Cape ties at neck with a satin ribbon. My daughter sadly changed her mind on her costume. Will fit smaller - I bought for a 6 year old. See measurements below. New with tags.
