Brand New, in bag, never worn. One unwrapped to show tags. Great pants, we ended up w/ too many of same color for school uniform. 98% cotton, 2% elastane. Slight give, not stretchy like sweats. 28waist/32length. Originally $59. We have used this style for high school uniforms and they are durable, yet good looking. Not stiff and awful like some uniform pants. Reg wash and dry. Can roll up for that certain look or hem if too long.
