3 hook waist trainer. Great for waist reduction. Use during a light workout of around the house cleaning. Very aggressive trainer. 3 hook gives you about 1/2 inch more room just in case you're in between sizes. These are in active length (shorter in length) to allow more movement. These run small. mitchayy I'm trying to decide which one to buy. What's the difference between the Colombian and the sport edition? Does one work better? I have a short torso and looking to shape myself....

dsimmons78 @mitchayy Hi. All the waist trainers I have posted are Colombian. All the colorful ones are sport trainers. They are shorter in length and fit great on people with a short torso. The difference is that the Ann Chery uses slightly different materials and hooks. Belladonna is cut a little shorter in the back area than Ann Chery.

dsimmons78 @mitchayy Just make sure you look over the size chart. These tend to run small and I recommend going a size up if your in between sizes. Best option is to get your exact waist measurements and follow that size recommendation on the chart.

dsimmons78 @mitchayy They're all authentic. I just had limited amount of space and I wanted to make sure it stated it had 3 Hooks. The prices are low because I ordered them directly from the manufacturer for a family business. Family never paid me back so I'm trying to make up some of my money by selling them quickly at cost. That's the honest truth.

dsimmons78 @mitchayy Hi. I went once more to the post office because it still hasn't updated on here or USPS. They said it left the facility but they couldn't tell me exactly when you'll get it. They said it had a 3day priority label. I'm guessing it should be delivered by Tuesday. If you don't receive it I'll file a claim with USPS and send you another.

dsimmons78 @asaenz10 well I would recommend a large. My waist is a 32 and I can fit into a Large but it’s very uncomfortable so I use an XL. I think the medium would be too restrictive but it would be your decision

dsimmons78 @asaenz10 they are actually both Colombian. Ann Chery is a slightly better quality in my opinion. Ann Chery is actually the same manufacturer as the ones the celebrities use they just sell it under a different name.

dsimmons78 @asaenz10 Not sure if you have a long torso. What I’ve noticed is that people that are over 5 7 prefer the classic trainer for every day use and use these while they work out. But it all depends on personal preference.
