Only available if you bought them in Japan brand new never worn size 8 1/2 to 9

Brand new never worn bought in Japan and came home to find out. They were the wrong size. I am an eight and they are an 8 1/2 to a nine Japanese sizing says seven. You can only get the maid in Japan on the tags if you purchased them in Japan.
