This gorgeous vintage formal skirt is a tulle layer over a black lining. the tulle has an almost gothic glitter embellishment on a thin felt like material. the skirt has a side zip closure. could possibly be worn with a short crinoline or petticoat underneath for added volume. The glitter does come loose and tends to get all over. I have sparkles on me from handling it. some has rubbed off in places. this is minor can be seen in some of the close up pics. could be worn in a formal setting, styled with a goth or fairycore outfit, or used for cosplay or Halloween.
