Onyx Nite feather Accented blouse 2xl

this lovely velveteen top is light, but looks voluptuously plush and boasts a full collar of feathers dyed rich blacker-than-black. could be layered with a button-up shirt to great effect, I think, but is stunning alone as well. worn only a few times. chest: 21" shoulder: 18"? (hard to measure) length: 26" sleeve: 22"
