Open Back Anchor Dress

Navy blue with teal and grey anchors spaghetti strap dress with anchor print. Lightweight and perfect for a warm day. Totally lined except for upper back. Adjustable straps. This is true to size (I typically wear an XS, so it fits a little big on me). Only worn twice - in excellent new condition with no visible flaws. Purchased from a boutique in the Outer Banks, NC Approximate measurements lying flat: 12” across waist seam (VERY stretchy), 16” skirt length from waist seam to bottom hem.
