Open Shoulder Blouse

NWT floral print open shoulder blouse with slight ruffles at the top of the sleeves. Sleeves are not quite full length. White buttons down the front of the top. The straps are adjustable spaghetti straps. It is slightly see through so pairs well with a bralette and perfect pattern for summer time!
