Open back Ivory velvet bolero

New with tags, bought to go with my wedding dress but fit too small and tight and did not match description of the item I thought I was buying. Fits like a tight small, closer to xs. Has 2 seams up the front that end at the boobs and cuffed sleeves and ties in the back, can be tied looser or tighter depending on fit.
