Open back babydoll light blue dress

In great pre-owned condition, tag ripped out & unsure of brand and specific care instructions– I've machine washed and dried it and it's been great, though! Really cute and lightweight baby blue dress v-neck with halter straps. Wide smocking on front and layered ruffles on bottom hem. Elastic band in back of dress and additional strap that ties in the back. Very short (I'm 5'1" and it's a bit short on me), but cute for summer or even as a beach coverup!
