Open back black cotton O'Neill dress

Super cute and comfy O'Neill dress. Lovely scoop neckline and with a fun twisted open back. Elastic around the waist and 3/4 sleeves. From shoulder to bottom hem is 36". A couple little threads are coming undone slightly near the hem.
