Open back cap sleeve dress

Satin-like blue fabric with a red abstract floral print. The elastic on the back of the waist has a fair amount of stretch. Upper back is button closure, unfortunately one button has fallen off at some point (pictured), other than that it is in EUC. Sad to see it go, but it no longer fits me right. **the last picture is truest to the irl color.
