Open back polka dot dress

Really cute polka dot dress. Elastic band around the waist. This is a small but fits more like an XS. Definitely a mini style and hits mid thigh. The back is very open and exposed - the top part has a skeleton-like pattern that looks awesome and then the bottom is completely open. I tried to photograph but I’m not sure how it came out. Used to be one of my favorites. In great condition.
