Open back sequin dress top

Amazing open back that is adjustable with the self tie ribbon. It's a halter style with 2 silver clasps around your neck. The sequins make this a statement piece. I wore this with leather pants for my birthday and it was a hit! It's flowy and a size medium from Express. Side note: you can absolutely wear a bra with this as the ribbon in the back hits in the right spot to cover your bra strap.
