Open front dress jacket

this piece is so cool. navy blue short sleeve, open front, dress cover.(?) it's like a long blazer, but has no closure. at the waist are some cool waffle cut designs. there's no tag that says the size. if I had to guess, I'd say large to x large. appropriate measurements are: pit to pit 19" waist 18" length 40"
