Open toe stacked heel perforated shoe, like new

I think I wore these all of twice, I am not sure if it was even out of the house. No wear on the heels and the rest of the shoe is in immaculate condition. The left heel has a tiny raised spot about an inch from the bottom, it feels like a blob of adhesive. You can only see it when you're holding the shoe up to the light. It doesn't affect the shoe in anyway, just disclosure.
