@gabgavmom28 omg this is so insane! I can't believe that there's people like that that would do something like this! Thank you for taking these pictures. Did you talk to the post office and let me them know that the box was opened and pieces were missing?

@gabgavmom28 there needs to be insurance on this for sending you an opened box with Stolen pieces! I believe they only give you insurance up to 50$ so that should cover the two pieces that they stole😡 I'm not sure what the process is with poshmark I've never been in one of these situations but I can definitely email them & let them know!

@nz1993 that's why i wanted to upload the pictures to let u see but i didnt really want to put all that information on your thread like that but wanted u to be aware of what happened. The whole side was slit straight down and at first I thought maybe someone threw it down and it busted opened but it's straight down the seam on the side

@gabgavmom28 this is crazy, I'm sorry for this inconvenience I wish I'm able to ship things myself to make sure they get to the customers safely😤 I emailed poshmark about it! We can wait to see what they say and if you would like to go to the USPS to let them know what happened they should be giving you insurance for it, especially for you having these pictures as proof.

@gabgavmom28 hey so poshmark replied by saying the buyer would need to contact them for the issue, so if USPS couldn't give you the money back for the stolen pieces you can contact poshmark & see what they suggest!

@nz1993 postmark has been giving me the run around saying I haven't opened a ticket or sent pictures i said I sent all that on the 9th thats why we have been in contact for 11 days. I resubmitted again if u send me your email address I can send you the thread of emails it takes almost 2 days for them to respond and i specifically asked yesterday to give me am ETA because im sure you wanted to know the status of your funds being released...

@gabgavmom28 hey, I got a message from poshmark that a case was opened because the items were not as described, I'm not sure if that's automated, because everything was as described. were you able to explain to them that you received the box open and 2 pieces were stolen?

@nz1993 yes buy I just wanted to keep u in the loop...i explained to them how frustrating this has been and how unacceptable it has been that they have drugged out this process this long when I immediately contacted u as well as them on the 9th
