Ophelia Roe navy blue& purple floral midi dress with sweater size Medium

This is a great piece to add to your wardrobe for multiple seasons! This would be super cute for spring, summer, or even fall with the sweater and some cute ankle boots! I am selling this piece with the sweater. The sweater is Universal Thread brand and a size small, while the dress itself is a medium. However, I am a size S and trying to take the dress off felt tight around the shoulder areas for me. The waist has some stretch, but the rest does not seem to. Measurements are shown in pictures, but let me know if you have questions. This dress does had a built in slip. No pockets on sweater or dress. The wash instructions and material tags are not on the outfits. I did not observe any flaws when inspecting this piece. There are just some threads here and there so not a flaw. U.S shipping only!
