@rtonner I would call it true to size. It isn't a fitted style dress so there is room. Sleeves are bell sleeves so they are roomy as well.
I am 34B and 5'6" tall for reference. I can get you exact dress measurements.

@rtonner Pictures of measurements have been added to listing. The length when it is laying flat from the very top to the bottom is 39 1/2".
It is in good condition, no rips that I observed. There are two layers of lace that could be steamed so they lay flat (can be seen in bust measurement picture) I imagine that happened during shipping from original seller
