i am 40 Inches in the bust so if the size large is 33.5 inches (16.75 X2=33.50), then this is too small. to this point i wanted to confirm that the 16.75 inches is for the size large????????

@quitobaby I will double check the measurements, but this dress is similar to a wrap, the V-neck seems roomy with the middle strap, which is adjustable.

This dress has a deep V-Neck line, so that is what I mean.
