Orange Lined chiffon mini dress by Mela Loves London, a British designer. The pattern is tiny black bows all over. The top layer is chiffon and the bottom lining is polyester orange. The size label is British and says 10 which is a US size 6. Polyester fabric. Wide smocked waist. The look is very young and flirty. This could be worn to the office, to a party, to school. MEASUREMENTS across the back and laid flat: bust approx 17" (bra about 33-34) Waist approx. 17" (so 24" around with stretch) Length of skirt from shoulder to hem is about 34" Good quality in gently used condition. Wrinkled from storage. No stains nor tears that I can see.
