Orange Fitter Mini Dress

Mini orange dress, sweetheart neckline, short puff sleeves, elastic shoulders, tie up back, ruching on sides, ruffle hem detail, invisible back zipper, lined, lightweight, woven polyester, non stretchy material. I am between a small/medium and bought this in a small. It’s a bit snug on me and does not stretch. I’m 145lbs, 5’7 height for reference.
