Orange Floral Open Shoulder Blouse

Signature Collection brand top. Open shoulder with tie sleeves. I have them both untied and knotted in pictures. Size 1x (18W-20W). Black base color with orange flowers and green/aqua leaves. V- neck. 95% Polyester, 5% spandex. 25.5" long, 24" wide, 6" v-neck, approx 17" sleeve ties. Excellent used condition.
