This dress has no tags which means it’s one of a kind and looks hand made. I believe it’s made of cotton but I’m not sure, and because of its elastic top it’s fits a few diff sizes but to be safe I’ll call it a medium. As for washing instructions, I’d stick to a cold gentle cycle and a hang dry.
