turquoisecandy @cmelly123 This dress ties up behind the neck. Bust: 6in on each side. Waist: 11in from side to side. Hip: 15in from side to side. Flare 16in from side to side. Waist to Hem 18in. Also the material stretches. Let me know if you have any more questions.
