It's a Kevan Hall. On the form the jacket fits size 6 mannequin (37" bust, 28" waist) and the skirt fits a bit smaller, probably because it was fitted for model (27" waist, 39" hip). Skirt length 25". Also, there's a tunnel waist but belt is missing. Thanks for asking!
