Orange and green Hawaiian floral dress

Orange and green Hawaiian floral dress. Looks handmade. Has straps at the top that you can tie to your own liking. Ruffles at the top and cinches in at the waist. Very cute. I would guess it is a large in women's just because I usually wear a medium in women's and it fit a little big. Be the star at your own hosted dinner, twirl around in the front yard, or eat fries in this. Measures 12 inches at the waist (24 in total but also it does stretch a lot), hips are 21 inches (42 inches in total), bust is 18 inches (36 inches in total), and is 30 inches long (not regarding the straps.) Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
