Orange halter flowy dress!

This was one of my favorite dresses! It’s the top is halter like style and you tie it at the top and the bottom is flowy with tiny ruffles and extra fabric! The back side of the skirt is a bit longer than the top! The tie string is stretched out. The dress is too short on me now
