sarahsablahblah @msheddy1 spoke with the post office today and they said the package is still in the sorting facility, so they are launching an "investigation". They said they would call me back in 2-3 business days with more information. That should be by March 5, so if no progress is made by then, I will follow back up with posh. Hopefully then, we can finally resolve all of this.
