Ordered dress in size 10.. It is a 4/5 actually !

Very well made dress from a company in China . Gold in color , beautiful beading . I ordered it in a size 10, but they sent me the wrong size since it fits my size 4/5 daughter perfectly ! They are not willing to give me a refund for their mistake .
