Organic Cotton Tie Dye Skirt (or dress)

The organic cotton is so soft and the tie dye is a deep blue with a grayish blue contrast color. This is a pencil skirt that could also be worn as a dress (see the third photo). Hard tail makes unique clothes from high quality fibers.
