Organza sleeve ribbed top

Black size medium Bibi brand organza sleeve ribbed top. This brand sizing runs large. This fits like a large! Does have plenty of stretch but the sleeves fall down on me. Wide neck. Could be worn off the shoulder. Tried on but never worn. Steamed wrinkles from packaging
