woodberry_lane @tracypisani Hi, sorry just saw this. So the watch is brand new. It still has the plastic piece on the side of the spinner piece that stops it from going in all the way to start keeping time. I am not sure if the current battery is still working because I don't want to remove the plastic piece. The only thing it should need would be a new battery, if incase the current one has died.
