Original Hand-Made Lace Seafoam Top

When I owned my own clothing company, I was invited to a local fashion designer, Vall's, debut show. This piece is one of a kind, hand made (including all of the incredible lace!) and never worn. The tag is hand signed by the designer. The lace is supposed to create a high neck line and capped sleeves just resting on the wearer's shoulders. The back is open and tied together by a fabric ribbon, material is very soft and stretchy but I would still hand wash and lay flat to dry. It's not sized
