Original Hardy Boys Hardcover, "The Ghost of Skeleton Rock"

The Hardy Boys Mystery Stories by Franklin W. Dixon were very popular for children and teenagers in the 1950's. This series, along with the Nancy Drew mysteries, were favored reading for all kids back then. This book was a favorite and used, which is obvious by the frayed upper outside spine that was repaired with clear tape. The four corners of both front and back are also worn from use, and most of the title at the top of the spine is obscured. The inner spine is slightly torn, and the inside pages made heavy paper stock has yellowed, but in still in very good condition. There are no missing pages of the story and they open and close fine.
