Original Jules & Leopold skirt

Original Jules & Leopold skirt. Made of 68% cotton, 29% nylon and 3% spandex. Has invisible zipper down back for opening. Also has belt loops at waist both front and back but, no belt is available. Also has a small split or pleat in back near hem This item is previously owned but it is in very good condition. The waist measures 16.5 inches both front and back. The length from waist to hem in front and back measures 23 inches
