This is an original Milly of New York 100% silk chiffon full sleeve ruffled blouse in orange, yellow and greens with an impressionistic flower field design, size 8. This blouse is in excellent, clean condition. All photos displayed are of the actual item. There are no fabric tags that I could find-the fabric content was sourced from listings that have the same blouse. I provided an off the shoulder and on the shoulder listing. Blouse seems to work both ways.
