Like new (only worn once) Original Nicole Miller navy floral sleeveless dress. Very soft, comfortable material. Curved neckline, with a small V cutout. Top of the dress buttons all the way down to the waistline. Waist has elastic with a built in tie. Skirt contains hidden pockets. Width (pit to pit): 21.5 inches; Waist (at elastic band): 17.5 inches; Length (shoulder to hem): 36.5 inches.
