designerdeals88 @drstposhmark Hi, armpit to armpit is roughly 19.5inches. Waist circumference is very hard to measure but on hanger w/ belt is roughly 26 inches. The full width of the coat opened and laying flat is about 40 inches. Yes, the entire inside of the coat is fur.
