Originality pattern mix skirt leopard print and herringbone elastic waist

Mixed pattern skirt with elasticized waist and decorative buttons. Material has some stretch. Three tiny snags in back of skirt as indicated. Approximate measurements: 12.75" waist, flat, unstretched 18.5" hips, flat, at widest 16.75" length
