Does the bag have a gusset on the side of the body around 4" a little bigger than the bottom base at 3" ? Any spots and condition overall.

There is not a gussett - they are side seams. The bag is in perfect unused condition - there are no spots, tears, marks or signs of wearing. I never ended up using it because I got a larger bag that fit my personal needs better.
