Peter Pan collared red dress just has that Little Orphan Annie aesthetic and all though they are not Dalmatians the puppy motif gives off that 101 vibe. Super cute cut. Pleated below the 24" waist, which does have an elastic back for a little extra room if need be. Three pleats dart the neckline in the back. A 9" zipper on the righthand side.
