Orsay vintage pretty feminine black stretchy top with sequined detail

This top is an excellent like new condition. Please see photos for details and measurements. Materials and washing instruction tag is cut out but definitely some spandex and probably rayon in this top and would definitely hand wash or turn inside out & in a mesh bag. Guessing it should be a size small. This is a brand from Germany from the early 2000s.
