Oscar de la Renta Black beaded skirt Circa 1990’s This gem is a coveted piece! Timeless, elegant, and oh so chic. I believe it to be a couture piece. The size is no longer visible, but I would equate it to a xxs or 00. It sits in the waist and the waistband measures about 23 1/4” (approximate). Mint condition!!!!
