radiodaddy Hi. 2 questions; first, what’s the fiber please, and second, is it stretched out in the front, around the lower ribs area?

lovelybunch @radiodaddy hello! I posted a pic of the material tag, its55% silk, 36% cashmere, 9% polyester. It’s not stretched out anywhere. There is a clasp at the top but otherwise no closure, maybe that’s why it looks loose I the pic but it’s not damaged or anything.
