Do you think these run true to size or smaller or larger? What is the diameter at the top of the boot? Thanks for your time!

@jilleder hi, it looks like it’s about 14 inches around the top of the boot. They are true to size in the foot but no longer fit my calf and hit two inches below my knee so they would suit a shorter and/ or skinner person than me
