Osei Duro Flouncy Dress in Rorschach Size Large Loose and lightweight great for resort swim suit cover or layering with jeans and turtleneck. I purchased and ended up never wearing. Please note this dress does not have its matching detachable belt but you could pair it with any other kind of belt or wear unbelted.. It will need steaming after receiving. shoshanna927 @acornsandnuts the dress is vacuum packed and in my storage off site … so I can’t access it right now.. for reference I am 5’4” and 36DD and the dress was comfortable when I initially tried it on but as I mentioned never worn out.
