Hi! Are there tight “cuffs” inside the end of the sleeve or is it just a wide open sleeve?Can you tell me the following measurements while laying flat and fully zipped: pit to pit, the top of the shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve, the top of the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the waist and the width of the waist from side to side. Thanks in advance!

@drayep the wrist area is open. Pit to pit and waist side to side is 13.5 inches. Top of shoulder seam to end of sleeve is 12.25 inches. Top shoulder of jacket to bottom of jacket is 14 inches.
